Snes9x is an emulator for the console Super Nintendo (known as the Super Famicom in Japan ) written in C ++ available for various platforms, including Windows , Linux , MacOS , MS-DOS , PSP , Dingoo -A320 (Under the Dingux OS) Xbox , PlayStation 3 and Wii . It was initially created by Gary Henderson and Jerremy Koot.

FCEUX Emulator (NES)

FCE Ultra is an open source NES emulator wich also support Famicom Disk System emulator and game network, it is released under GNU GPL licence. Compatible with DOS, Linux, Mac OS X and Windows.

PCSX2 Emulator

PCSX2 is a playstation's 2 emulator from Sony, the software is compatible for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X, published under GNU GPL licence. It is the most advanced and yet the only one developped, it is developped by the same team as PlayStation PCSX.
