STEAM - Big Picture

Big Picture is going to be the most interesting thing in this project, because this is nearly the only interface designed for TV on PCs and being capable to interact with controlers that also store shortcuts to launch your games.

Access to your library wich is the main part we are going to talk about because this is the one we will use and cutomize **

If you have the K400 from Logitech or something like this keyboard, it is really helpfull to chat with your friends if you are using my project, while sitting in your sofa !

Once you have downloaded & installed Steam, the first thing you have to do is, to :

- create a new account if you are going to use some illegal downloaded games for PC or if you don't have one yet
- connect to your account
- setting up steam

Steam -> Settings -> Interface

You should have something like this after setting up :

Steam -> Settings -> Friends

Mostly depend on your preferences BUT i recommand this if you are going to use it like a console.
I recommand to disable every visual notification in case it could freeze the game while playing with an emulator.

* Obviously don't buy legal games on this account if you are going to use some illegal PC games, use your "legal" account for this.
